Ultrasound lifting

Energy is delivered to the SMAS layer without breaking the skin surface, so you can return to daily life the same day. The change follows the pace of collagen renewal and appears gradually.

Recovery course

  1. Day of treatmentMild tingling and slight redness are possible. You may wash your face and apply skincare as usual.
  2. Days 2–3A pressed, achy feeling may remain. If chewing is uncomfortable, avoid hard foods for a while.
  3. Weeks 1–2Swelling and tingling usually settle. Photos from this period are too early to judge the change.
  4. Months 2–3Collagen rebuilds and the change becomes clearer. This is when the result is assessed.

Avoid during this period

  • Sauna, hot baths, strenuous exercise and alcohol — for 3–5 days after treatment
  • Rubbing or massaging the treated area firmly — for 1 week

Contact the clinic if

  • Swelling on one side keeps getting worse
  • One side of the face feels weak or your expression looks asymmetric
  • Blisters or burn-like marks appear

Next session · next visitUsually reviewed every 6–12 months, depending on age and the degree of laxity, decided at consultation.

Individual recovery varies. If it differs from what you expected, do not judge on your own — please contact the clinic. Tel +82-51-710-1891

Radiofrequency lifting

Heat is built up in the dermis to address firmness. Redness and warmth right after treatment usually settle the same day, and normal life resumes from the next day.

Recovery course

  1. Day of treatmentWarmth and redness are expected. Cool the skin gently with a cold towel and moisturise well.
  2. Next dayRedness has mostly faded. Makeup and face washing can continue as usual.
  3. Week 1The skin may feel drier than usual; focus on moisturising and sun protection.
  4. Months 1–3Firmness improves gradually. If treatment is split into sessions, the next one is scheduled in this window.

Avoid during this period

  • Sauna, hot baths, strenuous exercise and alcohol — for 2–3 days after treatment
  • Exfoliating and peeling products — for 1 week

Contact the clinic if

  • Redness has not calmed after 3 days
  • Blisters or weeping appear
  • Pain worsens in one particular area

Next session · next visitDepends on the device and goal, usually every 6–12 months. If areas are treated separately, we will advise at consultation.

Skin boosters · regenerative injections

Needle marks and slight swelling last a day or two. Treatment is usually given in several sessions, so keeping to the interval matters more than the recovery itself.

Recovery course

  1. Day of treatmentInjection marks, swelling or bruising may be visible. We recommend skipping makeup that day.
  2. Days 2–3Swelling settles. Bruising can last up to a week for some people.
  3. Week 1Changes in skin texture start to show. You can return to your usual routine.
  4. Between sessionsTypically 3–5 sessions at 2–4 week intervals, depending on the product and skin condition.

Avoid during this period

  • Sauna, hot baths, strenuous exercise and alcohol — for 2 days after treatment
  • Long periods in swimming pools or public baths on the day of treatment

Contact the clinic if

  • The injection area becomes increasingly firm and red
  • Pain worsens together with warmth
  • Bruising lasts longer than 2 weeks

Next session · next visitKeeping to the interval set at consultation has a real effect on the result.

Botulinum toxin

The procedure is short and you can return to daily life right away, but how you position and treat the area for a few hours afterwards affects the result.

Recovery course

  1. First 4 hoursDo not lie down and do not rub the treated area — the product may spread to muscles it was not meant for.
  2. Day of treatmentSmall needle marks and slight redness usually fade within hours.
  3. Days 3–7The effect begins to appear.
  4. Week 2The effect settles. Any left–right difference or top-up need is checked now.

Avoid during this period

  • Strenuous exercise and alcohol on the day
  • Massaging the treated area — for 3 days
  • Sauna, hot baths, strenuous exercise and alcohol — on the day

Contact the clinic if

  • An eyelid droops or the eye does not close fully
  • Your expression pulls to one side
  • Swallowing feels difficult

Next session · next visitThe effect usually lasts 3–4 months. The interval for retreatment is decided at consultation, according to the area and dose.

  2. Days 2–3Swelling begins to reduce. Try to avoid sleeping on your side for a while.

Pigment · redness lasers

Pigment often darkens before it fades and flakes off. Getting through this phase and protecting the skin from the sun decide the result.

Recovery course

  1. Day of treatmentStinging and redness are expected. Focus on soothing and moisturising.
  2. Days 2–7Spots or melasma may darken and fine crusts may form. Do not pick them — let them fall off naturally.
  3. Weeks 1–2Crusts fall off and the colour lightens. Sun exposure on these areas can bring the pigment back.
  4. Between sessionsToning is usually repeated every 2–4 weeks; spot removal is decided according to progress.

Avoid during this period

  • Sun exposure — throughout recovery; apply sunscreen daily
  • Picking crusts
  • Exfoliating or whitening products on your own — for 1 week

Contact the clinic if

  • The area where a crust fell off stays white or dark and spreads
  • Weeping or swelling appears

Next session · next visitPigment rarely clears in one session. The number of sessions and interval are decided at consultation.

Pore · scar lasers

These treatments create micro-injuries to trigger regeneration, so care over the following days is directly linked to the result.

Recovery course

  2. Days 2–4Fine crusts and flaking appear. Do not peel them off.
  3. Days 5–7Flaking settles and makeup can be worn comfortably.

Avoid during this period

  • Sun exposure — for at least 2 weeks; apply sunscreen daily
  • Sauna, hot baths, strenuous exercise and alcohol — for 3–5 days
  • Exfoliating products — for 2 weeks

Contact the clinic if

  • Weeping, pus or fever
  • Redness getting worse beyond 2 weeks
  • Blisters similar to cold sores if you have a history of herpes

Acne care · peels

  2. Days 2–3Flaking or a brief flare of existing acne may occur.
  3. Week 1Skin texture settles. You can return to your usual routine from now.

Laser hair removal

Treatment is divided into several sessions to match the hair growth cycle. Not plucking between sessions is important.

Recovery course

  1. Day of treatmentThe skin around follicles may be red and bumpy, usually settling within a day.
  2. Weeks 1–2Some hairs fall out. There is a phase where it may look as if hair is regrowing.
  3. Between sessionsEvery 4–8 weeks depending on the area.

Avoid during this period

  • Plucking or waxing — throughout the course (shaving is fine)
  • Sauna or swimming pools on the day
  • Sun exposure

Contact the clinic if

  • Blisters or burn-like marks remain

Mole · wart · spot removal

This is a healing wound, so care until the crust falls off decides whether a scar is left.

Recovery course

  1. Day of treatment to day 3Keep the ointment and dressing as instructed. Limit how long the area is wet.
  2. Days 5–10The crust falls off on its own. Do not pick it.
  3. 1–3 months after the crust fallsThe pink mark fades gradually. Keep protecting it from the sun.

Avoid during this period

  • Picking the crust
  • Sun exposure — until the mark has faded
  • Makeup on the area — until the crust has fallen off

Contact the clinic if

  • Weeping continues or redness spreads around the area
  • A lesion reappears in the same spot

Next session · next visitDeep lesions are better removed in stages rather than all at once, to leave less scarring.
